Hiring Abby was the best decision we made for our daughter's wedding! Since our daughter lives out of town, but wanted to have her wedding in Kansas City, we knew we needed to hire a wedding planner. She was invaluable for the yearlong planning process and the coordination of the wedding events. Abby made it a priority getting to know my daughter and her fiancée, so that could assist her in implementing their wedding day vision. Abby has a calm personality and demeanor. Choosing a planner is such a challenge, but important because this is the vendor that you spend the most time with. If you want a planner who is professional, detail-oriented, creative and the perfect calming, kind presence you'll want on your wedding day, Abby is the planner for you. We weren't the couple who had all these big ideas about what we wanted our wedding to look like, and so Abby came up with the ideas and together we personalized them to pull together an unforgettable wedding weekend. She did everything from the centerpieces for our rehearsal dinner all the way to handing out wristbands for our after-party. Start to finish, there's no one better. As the Dad-zilla, I wanted someone my daughter would feel comfortable and trust but then someone who "got" what we wanted in terms of an overall experience on Game Day- stress free, all details handled, no drama, and professional; perfection. Basically we wanted nirvana and found it with Abby. All the details, the focus, the drive, the "I got this, say no more" attitude allowed our family to live in the moment and not sweat the small stuff. She thought of the details us first timers would never imagine, managed both the personal and business side of the process, and was always calm when our nerves began to flare. When my only daughter Angela got engaged being her father, I was extremely excited but also started thinking about all the planning that needed to take place. I knew this was going to be even more challenging since my wife and I live in Illinois and my daughter lives in Kansas and she decided she wanted to get married in Kansas. Knowing my daughter and my wife I knew there was a good chance the planning could be challenging and stressful for both of them. Therefore I decided to look into the possibility of hiring a Wedding Planner. I thought so at the time and now I can confirm, hiring Abby to assist with the planning and execution of my daughter’s wedding was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It became obvious very early that Abby loves what she does. She immediately met with my daughter and her fiancé, discussed the planning process and timelines, assured them she is there to assist and guide them and to make sure their wedding day would be a day they will remember for the rest of their lives. Abby is a true professional, she assisted in every aspect of the planning process. Abby has many contacts within the industry which made the process a lot easier when it came to picking the Venue, the Caterer, the Florist, she was able to provide multiple options for each and was upfront and transparent of her experiences with each. Abby told me very early on in the process, that the day of the wedding we would not need to worry about anything just to enjoy the moment. She was right, Abby took care of everything, if there was a challenge and there is a good chance there will be, Abby took care of it. Example, the day of the wedding we found out they closed the street in front of the venue, due to work they were doing on the road, well I don’t know how she did it but Abby was able to get the road opened in a safe manner so our guests didn’t have any issue getting to the venue. I knew early on I made the right decision to hire Abby, just a few months into the process both my wife and my daughter agreed. As I mentioned earlier, Angela is my only daughter and I wanted her wedding to be Wonderful and as least stressful as possible and hiring Abby was the Best thing I could have done. We cannot say enough good things about Abby - she is thorough, patient, kind, and GETS IT DONE! From the initial meetings and information, to the very last hour of our event, she went above and beyond. She understood our vision and met with us (without any parents or friends initially) and really kept our priorities at the forefront. She did a fantastic job initiating and delegating with our wedding party and family at the rehearsal (really was like herding cats for a bit there!). AND she kept everything so organized and remembered EVERYTHING - for example, we bought all of our tablecloths, but had to add a table to our seating chart as we neared our date so had to rent 2 more. Before she left, Abby separated those two tablecloths so that my mom wouldn't have to look for them and differentiate them from the ones we bought. It was so above and beyond and extremely helpful. She was also very conscious of some of our sensitive family dynamics, and really helped us avoid any awkward moments. We are so grateful that we hired her, and she was worth every penny. I cannot recommend Abby enough to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!! She is simply amazing! We met several times throughout our year-long engagement where she provided invaluable insight and recommendations to help make our wedding day dreams become a reality. She was always early to our meetings, super fun to work with and very professional when coordinating all of our vendors. Best of all, I didn't have to lift a finger on my wedding day. Abby took care of absolutely everything, down to every last detail and allowed us to enjoy every minute of our day. She handled last minute changes with ease and even went above and beyond once the party was over. Simply stating Abby as wonderful doesn’t even begin to cover it. I’ve known Abby for a number of years, and when I got engaged I knew she was the one I wanted helping me. Everyone involved on the wedding day raves about her. She was so supportive and gave great advice on any and all questions I threw her way. She was there to help us for the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding, rehearsal dinner and wedding day. Abby did a really wonderful job! We were looking for a calming, power house for behind the scenes and we definitely got that with Abby. She encouraged our ideas every step of the way and was so patient with the many changes (we literally changed our minds about everything a dozen times!). All day of the wedding I was waiting for the one "snafoo" to happen and it literally neverrrr did because Abby had everything down. We gave her A LOT of big jobs, from taking the tons of booze we'd bought from our house to the venue morning of, the day of telling us we only wanted the freshest of donuts picking them up from Lamar's, putting together a 6x6 donut wall, coordinating all the times and all the people and somehow managing to get it all neatly packed up on our porch the night of. But truly the best bit for me was that she did it all without a single hiccup or question my way which is exactly what I wanted, to be able to fully enjoy our wedding day and Abby allowed me just that. I was blown away by the amount of planning and details that goes into a wedding…and I like to think of myself as an organized person but having Abby’s guidance and assistance throughout the process was priceless. She checked in with me consistently, always offering suggestions when I had no idea what to do and provided me timelines and checklists to ensure I was thinking of everything. Abby couldn’t be there for my actual wedding (she was having a baby 😊) but her lead, Ali, was incredible as well. I don't know where to start with this review- Abby MADE our wedding. Period. Without her, I wouldn't have had the best day of my life turn out so seamlessly. She is compassionate about what she's doing and is incredibly friendly and professional. Everyone knows how stressful planning weddings is. Words cannot describe helpful and amazing it was having Abby as our planner & coordinator. She will move mountains to make sure your big day is exactly how you want it to be. Honestly, I was the kind of bride that wasn't great with the details and I overlooked a lot. We started working with Abby 6 weeks out from our wedding. But she went above and beyond for me way before those 6 weeks started. I met with her 8 months before and she laid out everything I needed done with a timeline in that first meeting. There are not enough stars for my recommendation of Fête Fully [A Wedding Come True]. Abby was unbelievable! I am the grooms mother, and Abby was a gift to my future daughter-in-law and Son as both her parents and his, lived out of town. My Son went from saying “ Mom, we don’t need a wedding planner” to “ask Abby”, “Make sure you ask Abby”, to thanking her in his wedding toast and telling me he regretted they didn’t get a picture with her on the wedding day. I saw her doing things, ( clearing tables, finishing table decorations) which I told her was not in her job description, and she replied I do what needs done. After dance was over and all guests had left, I went to motel and drove back to Venue for something which was forgotten, Abby was still there and venue was cleared and ready for us to put tables and chairs away. She was totally exhausted, but finished strong! Hiring Abby would be the best possible gift you could give your bride and groom!

I honestly don't even know where to begin on a review for Abby. She was SO beyond amazing helping us bring our special day to life. You can be the most organized person in the world, but you are also living your life and working all the way up until your wedding day. She helps things go so seamlessly. My family all lives far away so Abby made sure she could make it to one of my final fittings to help with my bustling. I had a complicated bustle and she made sure to record it and she knew exactly how to do it right after the ceremony. I had trouble getting dressed with my zipper as I had a side zipper... and she came to the rescue to help me get it fixed. Within 5 minutes of walking into the reception, my new husband stepped right on the back of my dress and it tore the long bustle but Abby had a sewing kit on hand and helped sew it right up. I could write about a million other times and things Abby did to help us but no one wants to read all that. Could not be more pleased in our selection with A Wedding Come True. Although we were having a smaller wedding and some people didn't think we needed a planner we wanted to ensure that the day was stress-free and wonderful and boy did Abby deliver! She also helped us stay on track with our budget and meet all of our deadlines! Most importantly, on the day of the wedding, she stayed so calm and relaxed- and made sure our day was completely stress free!! She truly was the best!
