A girl who loves creating moments that matter. My love for celebration grew naturally into a calling: helping couples craft weddings that are not only beautiful but deeply meaningful.

Samantha and Conner’s wedding was a study in intentionality — a celebration crafted with grace, warmth, and the kind of ease that allows love to take center stage.
From our very first conversation, they trusted us to design and manage every detail. That trust gave them the freedom to focus on other milestones in their lives: graduating from law school, preparing for the bar exam, and planning their move from St. Louis to Chicago.
With so much change on the horizon, our role became clear. We served as their steady hand throughout the planning process — answering questions with clarity and guiding every decision with confidence. Even from afar, we worked in rhythm together, turning logistics into beauty and ideas into moments they could truly experience.
As a Kansas City wedding planner, weekends like Samantha and Conner’s are a beautiful reminder of how meaningful full-service planning can be for couples navigating busy seasons of life.

Guests were welcomed to Kansas City with custom hospitality bags waiting at their hotel — a thoughtful gesture that reflected Samantha and Conner’s natural warmth as hosts.
Inside, guests found a hand-drawn map of downtown Kansas City, the couple’s custom monogram, and sugar cookies shaped like their beloved pup, Frank. The details felt elegant, personal, and unmistakably them.

The wedding weekend began with a rehearsal dinner at J. Rieger Distillery, followed by a lively welcome party that gathered friends and family from near and far.

Their ceremony at Christ Community Brookside was intimate and deeply meaningful. Their pastor from St. Louis traveled in to officiate, creating a beautiful bridge between their past and the life they are building together.

The reception unfolded at historic Union Station, where timeless architecture set the stage for an elegant evening of celebration.
Even with the NFL Draft taking place in Kansas City the week before, our team navigated every logistical detail with care. Behind the scenes, we managed the moving pieces so Samantha and Conner could remain fully present with the people who came to celebrate them.

Every element of the evening reflected Samantha and Conner’s story.
Guests enjoyed Ted Drewes frozen custard — a beloved St. Louis tradition — during dessert, while Imo’s Pizza made a surprise late-night appearance as a playful nod to their college days.
One of my favorite planning memories from their wedding came from a very specific request: the bar had to be stocked with Topo Chico.
Surprisingly, sourcing enough bottles wasn’t as simple as it sounds. The bartending company wasn’t able to secure the quantity Samantha and Conner hoped for, so we stepped in to make it happen. We tracked down cases across several stores, purchased them ourselves, and delivered them to Union Station ahead of the reception.
It was a small detail, but an important one to them. Now, every time I see those familiar glass bottles in a store, I’m reminded of their wedding weekend and the care that went into making it feel just right.

Samantha’s feminine, refined style guided the overall design. Soft textures, romantic florals, and layered details created a setting that felt timeless without ever feeling overdone.
Our creative partners brought the vision to life with artistry and precision, transforming the historic venue into a space that felt both elevated and deeply personal.

Looking back, what stands out most is not only the beauty of the day, but the trust that grew throughout the planning process.
Helping Samantha and Conner feel calm and cared for — knowing every detail was handled and their vision protected — was as meaningful as the celebration itself.
Their wedding was more than a beautiful event. It was a reflection of the life they are building together and the community that surrounds them.
As they begin their next chapter in Chicago, I remain deeply grateful to have played a small part in this one.
